Staff mark in with a selfie that only works inside a 35-metre ring around their outlet. You see the whole team's morning on one board — and payroll is ready at month end.
No hardware, no app-store download, no installer visit. We create the account, then three things happen.
Name every showroom and place its pin. That pin becomes the fence — 35 metres by default, and you can widen or tighten it per outlet.
Each person gets their own invite. They set a password, take a reference selfie and wait for your approval. Nobody joins your company uninvited.
Set a monthly salary, approve the join, and their next selfie lands on your board with the distance from the gate and the IST time.
Outlets, a fence, approvals and payroll. Not a forty-module HR suite you will never finish configuring.
The browser checks your location to guide you. The server checks it again before saving anything, and rejects the day if you are outside the radius.
Each mark-in stamps the outlet, the coordinates, the distance and the time onto the photo. Photos are visible only to your own company and expire after 12 hours.
Present and missing by outlet, joins waiting on you, leave requests, and payroll for the current period — never a lifetime total that hides today's problem.
Days present drive pro-rata pay. Add a bonus or deduction per person, close the month to freeze every slip, then send it on WhatsApp or export CSV.
Choose whether approved leave is paid or deducted. Either way it is counted separately from absence, and holidays never quietly reduce anyone's salary.
Give a manager sight of only their own showrooms. They approve their own team and never see another outlet's register or anyone's salary unless you allow it.
Better to say it now than have you find out after paying.
Tell us your outlets and who will manage the account. We set it up and hand you the keys — usually within the hour.
